My Story
When I first moved to China, I quickly realised how difficult it was to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Food delivery was everywhere — but very little of it catered toward genuine health goals. The options that did focus on nutrition were often extremely expensive, limited to certain areas, or lacked clear macros and ingredient transparency.
I wanted more than just “low calorie” meals — I wanted food that truly supported my body. Meals focused on protein, fibre, balance, and nourishment, not restriction.
After struggling to find anything that met those needs, I decided to start my own meal prep journey.
I began creating simple, whole-food meals designed to support real health goals — high in protein, rich in fibre, and made with ingredients that help you feel satisfied, energised, and strong. Alongside a consistent, healthy lifestyle, this approach helped me lose over 15 kilograms, but more importantly, it completely changed how I felt. My energy improved, my body felt better, and food stopped being something stressful.
That experience is what inspired Mindful Meals.
I created Mindful Meals to give others access to what I couldn’t find — affordable, macro-balanced meals that focus on real health and real life.
